Unmasking the Impact of COVID-19 Part II: Childhood Lost

The COVID-19 pandemic continued and so did World Vision in seeking how to strengthen its understanding of the impact of COVID-19 on the most vulnerable sections of Asian society.

World Vision conducted a 3-month assessment a year after the pandemic began to see what had changed and for whom. The key findings of the assessment may be divided into four different yet interconnected themes: families losing livelihood and income, children experiencing adverse mental health impact, children being sent to work, and children’s learning being disrupted.
