Employees of TDCX (Transformative Digital Customer Experience), a company that provides digital CX solutions to diverse brands, recently mentored 21 out-of-school youths from Project HOPE (Helping Out-of-School-Youths Pave Towards Employment and Engaging in Business) as part of their employee volunteer engagement efforts.

The mentoring sessions tackled topics related to the business process outsourcing industry, such as communication strategies and etiquette, building rapport, customer profiling, and acing job interviews. The modules were prepared by the volunteers from the TDCX Learning & Development team, while the discussion sessions and activities were delivered by the TDCX Project Home volunteers. The sessions culminated on May 27, 2023.

Funded by Citi Foundation, Project HOPE (Helping Out-of-School-Youths Pave Towards Employment and Engaging in Business), aims to provide sustainable economic opportunities to out-of-school and vulnerable youth by providing entrepreneurial and employable skills training.

Through the program, World Vision and Citi Foundation aim to collaborate with organizations that work towards providing education and mentorship to young individuals. By utilizing a company’s expertise and with the help of employee volunteers, we hope to empower the youth to reach their full potential, equipping them with the necessary skills and resources needed to become successful contributors to
society.
