World Vision’s Urban Development Project (UDP) holds youth gathering to celebrate children’s month

Around 30 youth from an urbanized district in Mandaue City gathered to celebrate the National Children’s Month last November 26, this year.

During the event the youth participants learned more about the projects and activities from the government and various stakeholders, including World Vision. They also received inspirational messages from their fellow youth leaders especially about protecting their rights during the pandemic.

Before the activity ended, they took an oath called “Panatang Makabata” which is about upholding their rights and responsibilities as minors.
