Super Typhoon GONI [ROLLY] monitoring

World Vision staff in the Philippine took photos of community preparation in anticipation of Super Typhoon Goni (local name Rolly). Super Typhoon Goni made its landfall in the province of Catanduanes in November 1, around 4 AM.
