World Vision joins Asia CEO Awards in announcing CSR Circle of Excellence finalists

World Vision Philippines joined the Asia CEO Awards in announcing its Circle of Excellence finalists under the CSR Company of the Year category. Held at the Diplomatic Hall of the Marriott Grand Ballroom, the announcement and media launch was attended by businesses and corporate pioneers that excelled and made significant contributions in their area of expertise in the past year.

International child-focused organization World Vision joined the Asia CEO Awards in announcing its Circle of Excellence finalists under the CSR Company of the Year category.

World Vision National Director Rommel V. Fuerte led the announcement for the World Vision CSR Company of the Year finalists. “The World Vision CSR Company of the Year is open to both corporate and non-corporate organizations that achieved important success in providing social commitment to the Filipino people by promoting environmental protection and awareness, livelihood programs, and children and youth development projects,” Fuerte explained.

The following finalists were announced under the CSR category: AIG Shared Services – Business Processing, Ayala Land, Canon Business Service Centre Philippines, Conduent Philippines, PWD Life Insurance Corporation, HSBC Global Service Centre Philippines, Land Bank of the Philippines, Megaworld Foundation, Mondelez Philippines, Pepsi Cola Products Phils., Smart Communications, and Teletech. Each finalist will be judged according to the leadership, commitment, sustainability, workforce involvement, relevance, and social impact aspects of their corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Winners of the Asia CEO Awards 2019 will soon be announced on October 15, 2019 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom.
