Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence Specialist

Purpose of the position:

  • Lead the preparation, analysis, tracking, and presentation of business intelligence data for RD Strategy and other strategic decision-making
  • Develop and manage business intelligence (BI) solutions and dashboards for report generation and business decisions

Major responsibilities:

  • Gather, consolidate, track, and analyze RD’s operational data, such as donor behaviours, campaign performance, return on investment, and other business data, to build the foundation for the RD Strategy and other strategic decisions
  • Regular planning & coordination with RD teams on their data analysis requirements
  • Business intelligence tools and dashboards that are readily accessible to RD users

Writer – Homebased

Purpose of the position:

Writer, Marketing Communications is responsible for building a strong, consistent brand through the writing of relevant and purposeful marketing content and stories for internal and external audiences. Acts as the voice of WVC throughout all creative and content, aligned to the established brand narrative.

Job Description:

  • Acts in a shared services capacity to the Marketing Communications team, writing, editing and delivering all marketing and/or field communications and digital content
  • Track projects and support the necessary revisions or enhancements of marketing communications and activities to ensure every effort is being made to strengthen the brand and meet customer preferences
  • Partner with internal teams to understand requirements, prioritize, plan, and resource marketing communications initiatives; act as an internal consultant
  • Work closely with Integrated Creative Specialists and Content Specialists to standardize marketing communications in a multi-channel approach

Designer – Homebased

Purpose of the position:

Designer, Creative Solutions is responsible for creating and delivering un-ignorable visual content across various mediums to create marketing materials that inspire and move our donors, supporters and customers.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Works alongside the Designer/Art Lead to execute best-in-class design work (digital & non-digital).
  • Collaborates with Brand Associates, Integrated Creative Specialists, Program Managers, and key stakeholders to produce complex, time sensitive creative collateral which may include creative design/strategy, concept development, production, and corporate visioning to drive WVC’s creative vision to market.
  • Interprets briefs and requests to develop creative concepts and designs that create business value through high visual impact.
  • Excels at collaborating and consulting from concept to delivery.
  • Expert proficiency in the latest versions of current Adobe design software, print production & process, and digital platforms.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of marketing and communication strategies and how design generates business value while ensuring alignment with WVC standards and overarching narratives.
  • A brand champion, who builds castles within the sandbox that is defined by WVC’s brand guidelines.
  • Understands customer segments and how to apply a customer centric approach to their work.

Marawi Peace and Protection Project (MPPP) Coordinator

Purpose of the position:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the implementation/delivery of the Marawi Peace and Protection Project Phase3 (MPPP3) activities/output targets within agreed timeline, resources and area of operations with close supervision of the Project Manager & Program Manager and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Major responsibilities:

  • Organizes the area level MPPP3 project planning, baselining, implementations, monitoring and progress reporting.
  • Responsibly implements the agreed project activities/targets in areas assigned;
  • Coordination with relevant stakeholders (e.g. DepEd/BARMM-MBHTE/schools, C/BLGUs, faith leaders, etc) established and formal partnership forged with signing of MOU/A
  • Area assessment and profiling completed
  • # of Targets schools/communities received support to enhance child protection, peace education, WASH, and other related services.
  • Closely coordinate with support functions (e.g. Technical Program Managers/Specialists on Child Protection, Faith and Development, etc) and teams (Operations, HEA, Finance, SMIL, GAM, Supply Chain, Communications, CRM etc) to ensure effective coordinated project organizing and quality results.
  • Ensure consultative and inclusive planning and feed backing with communities and partners
  • Support project management in meeting minimum quality standards, improvement, reflection, learning and innovation
  • Monitors progress of targets completion and provides regular updates/reports on agreed schedules with Project Manager/team.
  • Represent the project and maintains coordination at government councils, with other like-minded INGOs/CSOs and with relevant development/peace/humanitarian clusters/forums (e.g. Mindanao Humanitarian Team)


  • Graduate of either Education, Social Work, Developmental Studies or related Social Sciences.
  • Has at least 2 years’ relevant experience in either or both education, child protection, WASH, DRR – related program/project management, for government or NGO.
  • Work experience/strong background on project management in fragile areas is an advantage.
  • Experienced in working with local governments, line agencies, and other development/humanitarian organizations.
  • Knowledge on DepEd’s-MBHTE children protection and peace education programs is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and skills on Do No Harm/Local Capacities of Peace is an advantage
  • The position’s base is Iligan City and requires frequent travel in project areas in Marawi City.


Web Developer

Purpose of the position:

Provides professional service for effective information systems and technology support for the achievement of organization mission and objectives with the end in view of creating a balanced customer service focus and accountability.  Administers, maintains and improves organization system, service and stewardship in areas of web development and design

Major responsibilities:

  • Administers and maintains organization web servers including hardware & software configurations, assessment, installations and upgrades.
  • Maintains and manages the organization’s website to ensure that required information are accurately posted, accessible and regularly updated.
  • Designs and develops codes, builds website using various internet and scripting languages and identifies and implements solutions. Builds database web applications to accomplish more advanced functionality

Area Project Coordinator – First 1000 Days Project

Purpose of the position:

  • Oversees the implementation of the First 1000 Days project and ensures that project goals and objectives are met at the city level.
  • Engages strategic partnerships with various stakeholders in the project site.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders in advocating for local level support to comprehensive approach to maternal, infant and child nutrition and health in the critical first 1,000 days window.
  • Works with stakeholders in strengthening the operational framework for the Philippine Milk Code (EO 51) enforcement at the local levels.
  • Responsible for capacity building on Infant and Young Child Feeding, Nutrition in Emergencies, Information Management, Integrated Management of Acute Malnutrition, Micronutrient Supplementation, Growth Monitoring and Promotion, Immunization and Family MUAC.
  • Trains local health and nutrition workers and caregivers on Maternal Nutrition and Infant and Young Child Feeding and MNP use.
  • Effectively implements Social and Behavior Change Communication interventions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in monitoring the health and nutrition commodities & delivery of essential services
  • Coordinate with provincial and city/municipal-level stakeholders in conducting supportive supervision, coaching and mentoring sessions to health and nutrition workers

Major responsibilities:

  • Manages proactive and responsive relationship with local government unit partners in close coordination with immediate supervisor.
  • Ensures that all strategic objectives are met through proper project design, implementation, monitoring, budget management, ICT components implementation and management, social and behavior change communication implementation and timely and quality results
  • Ensure all aspects and elements of the project (Infant and Young Child Feeding, Nutrition in Emergencies, Information Management Integrated Management of Acute Malnutrition, Micronutrient Supplementation, Growth Monitoring and Promotion, Immunization, and Family MUAC) are executed and rolled out to all project partners and stakeholders.
  • Liaises with national government officials and agencies, such as but not limited to DOH, FDA, Inter-Agency Committee for EO 51, Local Government Units, private institutions, and community peer support group representatives and other stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Effectively implements Social and Behavior Change Communication interventions.
  • Communicates ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and Public Health;
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in working with local health and nutrition stakeholders in implementing interventions in the communities
  • Training or certification on Infant and Young Child Feeding, Nutrition in Emergencies, Integrated Management of Acute Malnutrition, Micronutrient Supplementation, Growth Monitoring and Promotion, and Family MUAC is required;
  • Sound understanding of the project cycle, monitoring (SMART) objectives and indicators is required;
  • Willingness to do work fieldwork as required by the position.

Marketing Innovations Specialist

Purpose of the position:

The key purpose of the role of Marketing Innovations Specialist is to manage end to end operationalization of pilot projects and to maintain a portfolio of new products that meet the emerging needs of both existing and emerging markets.

This individual will work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute new campaign plans that align with the strategic goals of the Resource Development Strategy and Over-all Country Strategy of WVDF, while demonstrating strong portfolio management skills with a focus on marketing innovations and business development.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Innovations Manager, the Marketing Innovations Specialist will support mainly in the development and execution of plans to increase new markets and new products and marketing channels for World Vision in the Philippines.

Major responsibilities:

1. Business Development

  • Ideation, conceptualization and testing of New Products, Campaigns or Pilot Projects that would generate new leads and revenue streams for the organization
  • Manages execution and commercialization of pilot projects including new product launches from start to finish working closely with Operations, Finance and Communications colleagues to deliver projects on time with project milestones & project status, provide insights into project health, proactively address issues, maintain budget costs and achieve above target profitability.  Completes post project evaluations to determine project outcomes and provide recommendations related to business processes and cost effective execution of Campaigns and Projects

2. Portfolio Management

  • Help strengthen existing product portfolio monitoring and management through technology by identifying new business opportunities and pioneer new market segments for growth.
  • Help in discovering and validating donor/supporter insights via research
  • Support the evaluation of existing campaigns and products and recommend ways to continuously improve execution of campaigns to generate better Key Performance Metrics.

Digital Marketing Specialist (Project-based)

Purpose of the position:

  • To provide technical expertise in the development and execution of innovative digital strategies and content to achieve annual fundraising income target to support our work with vulnerable children in the Philippines. This position includes working closely with a cross-functional team of Online Marketing team and ICT.,
  • Develop and implement digital strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Acquisition Manager and campaign head in order to enable the team to deliver digital marketing activity through that channel as an integrated part of their campaigns

Major responsibilities:

Be an enabler and support Acquisition & Resource Development team by:

  • Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization
  • Managing the process of gathering, analysing, and understanding the right data, by turning them into actionable consumer insights for marketing strategies in the country.
  • Working with the Acquisition team, campaign head, ICT team and outsourced digital agencies to launch campaigns on time and on budget that includes digital promotion programs/ activities

Develop and Roll-out of a Digital Marketing Framework by:

  • Identifying trends and insights and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Planning and executing all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media.
  • Evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROAS, ROI and KPIs).


  • With Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration or other related courses.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience; digital marketing technologies and strategies
  • Experience with technical delivery of Google Ads and Social Media Advertising; with strong competency across Facebook and Google platforms – including the advertising and analytics tools, creating, managing, optimising, and scaling successful campaigns -and other paid media channels
