Food Always in the Home (FAITH) Gardening

During this COVID-19 pandemic, the worst affected are families who only relied on their income on a daily basis. These include farming families in rural areas. To address the food security gap in the community and to ensure that they will be able to provide a nutritious and sustainable food source for their children, the organization launched the Food Always in the Home (FAITH) Gardening project. It aims to enable selected families to have access of food for their homes.

Benefits derived from FAITH gardening include:

  • Availability of fresh vegetables will help sustain every child proper health and nutritional status;
  • Continuous and sufficient supply of fresh vegetables every day;
  • Organically-grown or chemical-free vegetables, and
  • Reduce consumption expenditure by 20%.

Where Your Money Goes
