Count Me In!

“Count Them In!”
Millions of children are saying “Count me in!” this June.

Worldwide, 72 million children are unschooled. In the Philippines, 10.9 million children live in poverty, most of whom are forced out-of-school.

But this June these children are asking to be counted in back to school.

World Vision hopes to give as many children the opportunity to learn in school through its Child Sponsorship Program.

By providing poor children in many of the most impoverished provinces in the country with the opportunity to get an education, receive healthcare assistance, protection from abuse, and livelihood opportunities for their families they are equipped with more chances to have a better life ahead.

So, COUNT THEM IN! Send a child to school this June!

Miriam Quiambao and Marc Nelson says “We’re counted in!”
While children are pleading, “Count me in and send me to school!”, celebrities Miriam Quiambao and Marc Nelson are proudly saying “We are counted!” Both of them are World Vision Child Sponsors counted among some 16,000 Pinoys sending poor kids to school through World Vision.

Both celebrities volunteered at the World Vision booth in Megamall engaging shoppers to sponsor a child’s education. Miriam and Marc handed out brochures and approached people inviting them to consider helping a child this school year.

So, count a child in this June, and be counted as a Child Sponsor!
