PROGRAM MANAGEMENT OFFICER: A graduate of Bachelor Degree in Social Development (Community Development Social Work) or any related Social Sciences degree. At least 3 years experience in managing pro-poor community development programs or projects, implementing and monitoring grant development programs/ projects. Manage well and develop people in the team. Strong in networking and collaboration work in a humanitarian/ development setting.

PROGRAMS COORDINATOR: A graduate of Bachelors degree in Community Development or any social sciences and related courses; or equivalent work experience in the field of community development; At least 3 years of experience in the different stages of the program cycle and grant fund seeking and has strength in the technical knowledge on design, monitoring and evaluation approaches, partnership building and networking and grant fund seeking with good communication skills in both verbal and written Filipino and English.

GRANTS OFFICER: A graduate of Bachelors or graduate degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Work, Communications, Economics or related Social Science course. This position will be responsible in the conceptualization, formulation of grants funding proposals, funding negotiations with target funding institution, to gain funding support for WVDF’s development agenda.

DIRECT MAIL SPECIALIST: A graduate of Bachelors or graduate degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Social Work, or related course. This position is responsible in implementing direct mail marketing strategies through effective mail management, creative marketing mail messages and updating of mailing list of current and potential sponsors and donors. At least 2-4 years of experience in Direct mail marketing with good presentation and communication skills for a number of different audiences and good understanding of poverty related issues in the Philippines development context.

FIELD COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER: A graduate of Bachelor Degree in Communications, Organizational Communications, or other related courses. This position will supervise field communications specialists and facilitate process of continuous learning on communications among field communications specialist and field staff. At least 3 years professional experience in media and communications, journalism, and/or public relations in a multi-cultural, child-focused, non-profit/corporate, and/or humanitarian organization. Strength in Disaster communications, management of video productions in ENG and emergency context, Media relations and receiving recorded or live TV/radio interviews during emergencies.

MULTIMEDIA SPECIALIST: A graduate of Bachelors Degree in Film, Mass/Development Communications, Multimedia Arts, or any related course. This position provides excellent multimedia presentations to creatively represent WV’s brand, identity, and key messages through online and motion media (TV, spots, youtube, cinema, LED billboards) channels. At least 2 years professional experience in multimedia, film and video productions for non-profit/corporate, and/or humanitarian organizations; Exposure on TV/broadcast/electronic news gathering (ENG) a plus.

MARKETING STRATEGY AND SUPPORT OFFICER: A graduate of Bachelors degree preferably in Market Research, Business Administration, Social Work or other related courses with focus on Planning and Development. This position provides leadership in the development, implementation and coordination of innovative and progressive tracking and evaluation of existing marketing activities and of new business strategies. At least 2-3 years in providing technical expertise and leadership on research and analysis. With strength in analysis, strategy management and communication/facilitation skills.

MARKET RESEARCH SPECIALIST: A graduate of Bachelors or graduate degree preferably in Market Research, Business Administration, Social Work, Development Studies, Research Methods or Mathematics. This position will be responsible in gathering target market’s opinions and collecting data to enable National Resource Development (NRD) to make informed decisions pertaining to awareness-raising, fundraising and donor cultivation. Plans and implements marketing research projects, and assess the results. Conducts Quantitative research that focuses on gathering and analyzing statistical data using questionnaires, and increasingly via electronic data collection and ii. Qualitative research that focuses on people's attitudes and motivation, using methods such as focus group discussions and in-depth interviews.
- ON-LINE MARKETING OFFICER: A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, English or a similar discipline any Social Science Course with equivalent substantial experience in fund raising and basic understanding of marketing principles, mass communications, business writing, economics, financial accounting, public speaking and organizational management. This position provides leadership and technical support in the implementation and coordination of Online Marketing strategies to utilize existing technologies to educate, obtain and retain donors and sponsors. At least 2 years of broad and substantial experience in online marketing, and fundraising. With strength in marketing, strategic partnering, financial analysis, keen understanding of trends in Online marketing strategies and broad understanding of transformational development ministry. Expertise in fund raising development and corporate engagement is a plus.
INFORMATION MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY

IT RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND CAPACITY BUILDING: A graduate of Bachelors degree in Information Technology or broad knowledge of computer science field. This post will conduct information Technology and systems related research to improve IT support for greater efficiency and effectiveness of users as well as systems. Develops and implements employee-training program for information technology to assist staff in effectively using computer systems. Must possess skills, abilities and experience in research and training; should have demonstrated familiarity with learning and a variety of training methodologies. Experience in designing computer-based, self-paced, and instructional modules.
- IT SYSTEMS SPECIALIST: A graduate of Bachelors degree in Information Technology or broad knowledge of computer science field. This position will manage all aspects of information technology system administration and development, offering cost-effective solutions through innovative design and thorough knowledge of business-growth-enabling tools. At least 3 years of broad and deep experience information technology support.
FINANCE, ADMINISTRATION & SYSTEMS
- ACCOUNTANT: A graduate of B.S. in Accountancy, preferably CPA; 23-35 years of age; with at least 1 year experience in handling general accounting and with strength in financial recording and analysis financial transactions. The position is responsible in ensuring World Vision financial policies, government regulations and donor requirements are met in all financial transactions processed, high quality and timely processing, recording and reporting of financial transactions to support implementation of programs and assist in decision making and assisting staffs and teams in understanding and implementing policies and procedures in all financial transactions
PEOPLE AND CULTURE
- LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST: A graduate of Bachelors degree in Business, Social Sciences and or an equivalent experience in Leadership Development Management. At least 3 years experience in Capacity Building / Managing and / or supervising Leadership Training Programs. Proficient facilitation / delivery skills including classroom management, listening and feedback skills, experience in designing learning or training interventions, have a passion for helping people and learn new skills.

Proven competencies in community organizing; project management; partnership and networking; people management skills and team leadership; strength in coaching and mentoring, excellent communication skills.
- CHILD CARE SPECIALIST: A graduate of Bachelors degree in Social Science, Education or equivalent experience in Social Work and Child Development. This post will facilitate and guide relevant partners in ensuring sustainability in the well-being of children and fulfillment of their rights within families and communities. Knowledge on sponsorship policy and standards and strength in case management and reporting, networking skills, and community organizing.

This post will provide support to transformational impact to children, families and communities by managing sponsorship databases in accordance with the partnership sponsorship standards and requirements. - TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (OPERATIONS): A graduate of Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent substantial experience in development. At least two or three years experience in providing executive level support. Strength in research, situational analysis, development communication, report writing, proposal writing, and liaison work with networks other agencies.
- DME SPECIALIST: A graduate of Bachelors degree in related field, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Research Methods or Mathematics. With good understanding of poverty related issues in the Philippines development context, aptitude in technical report writing, understanding of Monitoring and Evaluation Systems and Frameworks. Excellent Communication skills, proven technical experience in Logical Framework, Qualitative and Quantitative data collection techniques, experience in development agency, proven project management skills and competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- CHRIST-CENTERED COMMITMENTS SPECIALIST (Cebu): A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree and or Diploma Course in Theology or Christian Education and/or equivalent experience in handling organized Christian Education programs. This post will provide expertise in facilitating and implementing Christ-Centered Commitments Programs which includes partnership with churches and faithful expression of contextualized Christian Witness that will contribute to the flourishing of children, their families and Communities. At least 2 years experience in handling Christian education programs or spiritual formation programs.

CHILD HEALTH NOW
- CHILD HEALTH NOW CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR: A graduate of Bachelors degree in Social Science, Communications, Health related degree, preferably with Masters degree in Social Science, Communications or Public Health. This post will provide expertise and directions to the campaign in reducing child mortality rate by two thirds by 2015 in line with the Millennium Development Goals. At least 3 years experience in managing advocacy campaigns particularly on maternal and child health and with strong communications and interpersonal skills. Proven strength in health project management, advocacy, capability building, teamwork, networking, technical writing, and mobilizing, as well as fund raising.
